Does the lashes comes with glue?

No, you have to purchase the lash glue separately.

I entered the wrong address?

In order to protect ourselves, orders will only be sent to the shipping address provided at the checkout. To avoid any complications please be 100% sure that all information entered is correct before submitting your order. All orders once placed are final and are not able to be edited or changed by a member of the Lace N’ Lash team. If your package has already been sent out, you can contact your local USPS to see if you are able to correct the address. Lace N’ Lash team is not responsible for incorrect address inputted by the customers. If your package end up getting send back to us, you will need to cover the additional shipping fee for us to send it back out again.

Does Lace N’ Lash do wholesale?

No, we do not offer wholesale at the moment.

How do I contact customer service?

How do I cancel an order?

All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to edited or changed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been submitted. Order cancellation requests will be considered, but are not guaranteed 

 I did not receive my package?

Lace N’ Lash  is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you personally must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) @(1-800-275-8777). Any lost or stolen packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Once the package leave our facility and it is with the mail carrier we are no longer responsible or liable.  By placing your order, you acknowledge you have read our policy and agree to our terms and conditions.
